President Buhari Once Again Thanks Nigerians For Their Support During Medical Vacation


President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday thanked Nigerians for the support shown during his medical vacation. President Buhari was for over a hundred days, from May to August, in London receiving medical treatment for an undisclosed illness.

At a book presentation, titled “Making Steady, Sustainable Progress For Nigerian’s Peace And Prosperity.

A Mid-Term Scorecard On The President Muhammadu Buhari Administration” at the Old Banquet Hall, State House, Abuja, the president thanked Nigerians for their kindness and support during their time away.” He said:

“I will continue to express my gratitude to all Nigerians for your kindness and support during my medical vacation. The only way I can repay you is to rededicate myself to working to protect your interests and to build the Nigeria of our dreams. #ANewNigeria#Change”

Two MTV Awards Or 3 AFRIMA Awards, Which Will You Pick ?

Awards are good things in all aspect of profession. But in the entertainment section awards are seen as “gods” and most artiste crave to have these “gods” attached to their musical career. That reminds me of how Davido Jubilated when he won an award in the just concluded AFRIMA 2017, which was held in Eko hotel, lagos and also he claimed two MTV Awards in just one night. (That’s a record breaker there). Davido’s well know counterpart, Wizkid, was not left out as he grabbed 3 AFRIMA Awards. .
